Why do you choose the same cafe and watch your favourite series 31st time?

Or how does your protective mind kill any opportunities in your life

‘I have walked here 100 times, and I want to go there again’. There are plenty of streets around, but I prefer the same one.

A similar thing happens when I get sad or tired — I think about rewatching my favourite movie.
Searching for cafe? Is it not the same pattern again?

Your brain is designed to keep you safe. Neither finding new ways of living nor growing personally are among its priorities. A task is all about survival.

It makes life dull because everything is predictable. You will get duplicated emotions, discuss known topics, eat your favourite salad.

By definition, there is no space for possibilities.

If you want to evolve, you need a change, and it exists only in a field of unknown. That field is foggy and scary. It’s also fascinating and magical.

Step into the unknown, face ancient fears, and you will meet a new version of yourself. Of course, it’s uncomfortable. It should be that way.
